Starbucks Elen

At Starbucks I made a order with my 2nd youngest sis and Farther.
The clerk asked, what's a good name for the order so I said Alan ♡ but I think I mispronounced it as Elen, which is pretty cute.

I saw Elen on the order panel, then later another clerk said, order for Elen.
I smiled and bowed and thanked her.

Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November. I'm grateful that I'm still alive. Depression mixed with desperation is a true beast. It leads me to dangers ideas and actions. Greetings, Just to let y'all know. My DIY Gender Surgery: Surgical Supplies Unboxing Video I was going to perform self-surgery last night. The plan was to ultimately remove / kill my testicles. I've lost count of how many times I've attempted this. But, this time, I had the proper equipment. In my research, I've learned that many have bleed out or died.
