On my way to the restroom in Sam's Club, I took out another loan because my balance id running low. I should receive $25 tomorrow. There was like $9 dollars in fees though, lol.

My 2nd youngest sis went into the women's restroom with me, well actually more like she escorted me there and I followed her because I was too distracted taking out a loan and I nearly went to the guys restroom if not her guidance.

I thanked her.

My 2nd sis pointed to the steel rectangular box with a coin slot labbed $1; she asked me what it was. I filled in the details for her after we fully exited the restroom and I explained that it was for tampons...

Anyway, today was pretty awesome.

Though I nearly killed myself a couple of days ago by attempting self-castration, again. I'm feeling much better, thanks to y'all positive messages & family talk last night. Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November. I'm grateful that I'm still alive. Depression mixed with desperation is a true beast. It leads me to dangers ideas and actions. Greetings, Just to let y'all know. My DIY Gender Surgery: Surgical Supplies Unboxing Video I was going to perform self-surgery last night. The plan was to ultimately remove / kill my testicles. I've lost count of how many times I've attempted this. But, this time, I had the proper equipment. In my research, I've learned that many have bleed out or died.
