Surgery Scheduled!

I had my rhinoplasty and bresst augmentation scheduled via the phone today, April 2nd is the date!
It was a missed call, so I called back and introduced myself, I was like, I'm Alan. She was like, is this Alan? I was like, yes ♡ I'm Alan ♡ and then we discussed surgery logistics and stuff and I thanked her for her patience and help and wished her happy holidays. Also, January 22nd was the first date, but that was a bit busy so April 2nd was the keeper, that gives me more time to raise more money too! I'm so happy for rhinoplasty and boobies! I was actually just thinking of getting bigger boobs earlier today in the shower. Like, my boobs have gotten bigger naturally, but I'm nowhere near a B, so hopefully these implants would be right for me.

Though I nearly killed myself a couple of days ago by attempting self-castration, again. I'm feeling much better, thanks to y'all positive messages & family talk last night. Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November. I'm grateful that I'm still alive. Depression mixed with desperation is a true beast. It leads me to dangers ideas and actions. Greetings, Just to let y'all know. My DIY Gender Surgery: Surgical Supplies Unboxing Video I was going to perform self-surgery last night. The plan was to ultimately remove / kill my testicles. I've lost count of how many times I've attempted this. But, this time, I had the proper equipment. In my research, I've learned that many have bleed out or died. Thanks to lots of research and learning about animal castration methods,  I aimed for an alternative amputation technique. I was going to band and stitch together the top area,  creating a seal and blocking off excess blood from flowing out of my body.
