Post Scoliosis Surgery Physical Therapy Day Today! 

Hey, Alan the Goddess again!



Physical therapy was so great today, I was a bit late, but the PT team understood and were happy to greet me.

The Physical Therapy went smoothly, and after I said that I also use pillows [for back pain management] the PT lady said that I was a "Smart Woman" that was so beautiful to hear, I was like "Thank You".

They also asked if I got taller since surgery, I was like, I think it got shorter (:
They were surprised, but I enjoyed finding out short I have become.

I did a whole bunch of different exercises and it was super fun!

My sister has PT today as well, and it went well for her as well.

Also, I resigned from my work at Colony Brands while at Physical Therapy, it was so liberating! ☆♡☆♡☆♡☆

Anyway, thank you for reading, and thank you family, friends, and the amazing team at UF Health for all your support and supernatural kindness!!!

Though I nearly killed myself a couple of days ago by attempting self-castration, again. I'm feeling much better, thanks to y'all positive messages & family talk last night. Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November. I'm grateful that I'm still alive. Depression mixed with desperation is a true beast. It leads me to dangers ideas and actions. Please be easy on the negative feedback y'all, I take things very literally thanks to my body dysphoria and OCD. Greetings, Just to let y'all know. My DIY Gender Surgery: Surgical Supplies Unboxing Video I was going to perform self-surgery last night. The plan was to ultimately remove / kill my testicles. I've lost count of how many times I've attempted this. But, this time, I had the proper equipment. In my research, I've learned that many have bleed out or died. Thanks to lots of research and learning about animal castration methods,  I aimed for an alternative amputation technique. I was going to band and stitch together the top area,  creating a seal and blocking off excess blood from flowing out of my body. The lower portion under the seal, which would be the genitalia, would essentially die off from no circulation. After wound healing on the top portion, I'll remove the lower portion.
