The McDonald's Lady I held the door open for earlier, 

asked "I meant to ask you, is if there's a preferred name I'd like to use.

I was like, just "Alan" (:

I'll make sure not

That was so nice of her to ask about my
name preferences & stuff ♡

Like, especially since I was like having some social anxiety a few moments before while I was in the bathroom, like "what if I'm banned from the women's bathroom?" "What if I get into an altercation?".

Anyway, it's definitely pretty awesome of people to respect me for me and stuff.

People IRL in my town are definitely more kind to me than people online.

By the way, my order code was FF74, that kinda sounds like FFS.

Though I nearly killed myself a couple of days ago by attempting self-castration, again. I'm feeling much better, thanks to y'all positive messages & family talk last night. Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November. I'm grateful that I'm still alive. Depression mixed with desperation is a true beast. It leads me to dangers ideas and actions. Greetings, Just to let y'all know. My DIY Gender Surgery: Surgical Supplies Unboxing Video I was going to perform self-surgery last night. The plan was to ultimately remove / kill my testicles. I've lost count of how many times I've attempted this. But, this time, I had the proper equipment. In my research, I've learned that many have bleed out or died. Thanks to lots of research and learning about animal castration methods,  I aimed for an alternative amputation technique. I was going to band and stitch together the top area,  creating a seal and blocking off excess blood from flowing out of my body.
