I paid $5 worth of items with 3 different payments.
I only had about $2 dollars on each of my two debit cards and $3 dollars in cash.
I had 3 items for my sisters; tri-color pasta, elbow pasta and a gallon of drinking water.
I used my PayPal card to pay for one box of $1.99 pasta at the self-checkout, then I used my Discover card for the next box of $1.99 pasta.
Then I used a cashier checkout to pay in cash for the $1.43 water.
I told my mom about having to use 3 different payment methods for 3 different items.
She said that it was low, and I agreed.
I hate embarrassing moments like these, but I admire my adaptiveness and greatfullness.
I'm happy that I was able to get the items for eldest sis and 2nd youngest sis.
Also, before the Publix, my mom and I brought some McDonald's for my 2nd eldest sister and I before dropping her off at work.
2 Fries and a snack wrap, which was $10+ even after the 20% off coupon, so that was pretty much a rip-off.
But it was worth the experience of eating a snack wrap for the first time in like 10+ years.
Plus, the wrap was much cheaper than the nuggets.
Ah, I yearn of one day when I can spend thousands in a day and go to sleep easily.
Speaking of sleep, I feel asleep in the car at the Puplix parking lot because I probably only got like an hour of sleep today and my mom let me sleep about half-an hour before entering Publix.
I didn't even know that I had fallen asleep, lol.
Thanks for reading!
Anyway, I thought that it's important to share the downs and lows of my life because it brings us together sharing real stuff like that.
And, even though it's been a struggle, I'd like to thank all my clients, customers, donnors and subscribers for all that y'all have done so far. Y'all have definitely made this weekend more livable, so thank y'all so much! ♡
Also, I didn't get the job at those restaurants I applied to this week, but I'll keep trying. Thank you."
