My mom is dying

I saw my brother collapse to the floor, then my eldest sister did aa well.

Moments before, I heard that my brother say to my sis that Mommy's not doing well, she died. 

Then a bit later I screamed fvck! I should just finish the job!!! My 2nd youngest sis was like, don't! Alan it's not even your fault.

I then screamed again a bit later about killing myself.

I felt a bit better after I talked with her on the phone, I thought she already died. I was able to tell her that I love her.

Though I nearly killed myself a couple of days ago by attempting self-castration, again. I'm feeling much better, thanks to y'all positive messages & family talk last night. Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November. I'm grateful that I'm still alive. Depression mixed with desperation is a true beast. It leads me to dangers ideas and actions.
