Pretty Lady

I was making a mobile McDonald's order while standing outside of McDonald's. Then an older southern gentleman in green cargo shorts asked me "are you coming in pretty lady?"

So then I was like, "yes ♡ thank you"

So he held the door for me and said, "you sure is beautiful"

And I was like, "aw, thank you!".

I forgot my water
The McDonald's lady was like, "Order for Mr. Alan!" Then I approached her, she got quiet and asked if the order was mines. I was like, yes ♡ she asked if I wanted a receipt, so I was like, yes thank you ♡

Though I nearly killed myself a couple of days ago by attempting self-castration, again. I'm feeling much better, thanks to y'all positive messages & family talk last night. Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November. I'm grateful that I'm still alive. Depression mixed with desperation is a true beast. It leads me to dangers ideas and actions. Greetings, Just to let y'all know. My DIY Gender Surgery: Surgical Supplies Unboxing Video I was going to perform self-surgery last night. The plan was to ultimately remove / kill my testicles. I've lost count of how many times I've attempted this. But, this time, I had the proper equipment. In my research, I've learned that many have bleed out or died.
