I spoke with my Therapist via zoom while in the stairwell, it was pretty fun!

We discussed psychiatrist letters, art work and x work and underground stuff and OnlyFaning, customers scamming me, gambling and how it got me mental hospitaling, topics that are depressing and game engineering, it was so cool!

Also, it was a little funny, my 2nd eldest sis came to see that I was in the stairwell, I guess she was looking for me or coincidentally found me here, she was wondering who I was talking to, she thought I was doing a TikTok, so I was like, oh, I'm speaking to my therapist, she was like, oh ok. I was like, thanks for looking for me. My therapist was like, aw, your family is worried about you, hopefully you and your family can find the help they need, I was like, thanks.

Anyway, it was a great session, my therapist suggested that my brother can be my pimp given my situation, but she also suggested chaturbate and stuff, (since I'm already into x work and what not). I thought it was a good idea, I let her know that I did do some chaturbate in the past when we still had our apartment.

Also, my therapist sent me a letter of temporary employment places, so that was awesome.

Though I nearly killed myself a couple of days ago by attempting self-castration, again. I'm feeling much better, thanks to y'all positive messages & family talk last night. Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November.
