The 2nd time I've used the Male restroom since SRS

I was at samz club shopping with my bro, I took out a $50 loan, we just checked out, I needed to pee badly. The laddies room was blocked by cleaners. 

So I used the guy's restroom and it was so disgusting in there. I had to flush someone's used toilet paper. To add insult to injury, literally, my right thumbnail got impacted when dispensing soap and it hurt so badly.
I wiped with tissue used to dry one's hands instead of the gross toilet paper.

Though I nearly killed myself a couple of days ago by attempting self-castration, again. I'm feeling much better, thanks to y'all positive messages & family talk last night. Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November.
