Finally had my night dose of Estradiol at 5:34 AM

I stayed up all night trying to recover my gambling losses. I forgot to take my Estradiol and I haven't had dinner. 
Fortunately, I've finally was able to take my Estradiol and pain meds, and I had it with a chocolate bar.

Now I just need to take a shower and probably get prescribed anti-depressants again, because this is going to be one sad weekend, living with my gambling losses, looking out for the eviction officers and having to move out. Wow.

Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. Greetings, Just to let y'all know. My DIY Gender Surgery: Surgical Supplies Unboxing Video I was going to perform self-surgery last night. The plan was to ultimately remove / kill my testicles.
