Self injected again

I self injected myself again with the #enoxaparin!
I also ate a Hershey after injection the first time I ate a Hershey bar after girly surgery.

I soaked my arm with 70% alcohol the same stuff I got for my self orchiectomy attempt part 2 in late 2024.

Anyway, my 2nd eldest sister and youngest sib were encouraging me to go deeper, mainly my 2nd eldest sibling. My youngest was more telling me that she can assist me.

I was like, I'm a pussy, I'm afraid of going deep, that's why I got shallow depth vaginoplasty. My siblings, they laughed.

Anyway, I go deeper eventually, it hurt. It went in deeper this time but it still bubbled, lol.

Though I nearly killed myself a couple of days ago by attempting self-castration, again. I'm feeling much better, thanks to y'all positive messages & family talk last night. Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November. I'm grateful that I'm still alive. Depression mixed with desperation is a true beast. It leads me to dangers ideas and actions. Greetings, Just to let y'all know. My DIY Gender Surgery: Surgical Supplies Unboxing Video I was going to perform self-surgery last night. The plan was to ultimately remove / kill my testicles. I've lost count of how many times I've attempted this. But, this time, I had the proper equipment. In my research, I've learned that many have bleed out or died.
