Pilot Job Interview x Galaxy S22 Ultra Resale Horror

So, this is my 2nd job interview at the pilot gas station location. The first time it was for the position of working at the Wendy's inside of it, the 2nd interview today was for the cashier position for the gas station convenience store. The job interview went well, but that was only the start of the day of which would become a 7 hour money quest.

My older brother and 2nd youngest sister were with me on today's journey.

My brother drove me to a Walmart to pawn my Samsung S22 Ultra at the EcoATM kiosk, but that didn't work out as planned. My phone kept boot-looping, so we had to retreat. 

Before the retreat, 

I charged my phone there, though. But before I charged it, I asked a front door / cart associate named Alan. Which was funny because earlier today Walmart approved my application for the cart associate position at another Walmart and gave me an orientation date.

Anyway, the phone charged, and still didn't work. So, we left. Also, I broke my nail trying to boot my phone up in the car.

And that broken nail threaded my dockers left pants sleeve slightly, and pocket ):

Cooling the phone in the vents may have helped a bit with the booting.

Anyway, We were out of gas though, but my brother and I gathered just enough coins ($6) to buy gas for the way back home.

Then on the way back, my phone booted back to life, so we tried another Walmart, however the kiosk there didn't work either.

So we tried going to the electronics section to trade it in, however the clerk there informed us that Walmart doesn't do trade-ins, but try BestBuy, GameStop and all that jazz. 

So, I thanked her.

We walked to Gamestop and it looked promising at first because the lady evaluated it for a while, but in the end, she informed me that they can't take it.

I thanked her for trying.

We then tried the ecoatm kiosk at the mall, same problem, so I tried again and my phone broke again.

It is now nightfall and stormy, and still no phone sold, not enough money.

My 2nd eldest sister lends us $45 for groceries at Walmart, so we are super grateful for that.

I fix my phone in the car, we go to another Walmart, and the kiosk there fails to yield anything promising as well.

I go to the electronics section counter again in desperation, I tell the clerk guy that I've tried the kiosk however it wasn't working. Unfortunately, thecclerk guy informed me that we (Walmart) don't buy phones. I understood. He suggested the kiosk.

So I got to the kiosk once more, and this time I go to download the ecoatm app by scanning the QR code, however I didn't make it too far before my phone glitched out and shut off.

So, I tinker with it until it turns back on again. I go to the app store and download the app directly instead.

This time with the ecoatm I progressed further than before, but I end up with the same error as before.

Anyway, it was an interesting day.
