My brother and 2nd eldest and 2nd youngest sister brought me some goodies as a post birthday treat, thanks y'all! It was actually my 2nd eldest sister who initially asked me over text if I wanted a cake, I informed her that cupcakes would be great. Looks like they got both, which is absolutely beautiful! Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November.
