Ice chips and Ice pack x Jaw Bra x Ice cream

The nurse was pretty chill, she gave me 2x Tylenol, an ice pack and ice chips.

The only available cold dessert were hersey lemon cup and an orange flavor popsicle. They didn't have strawberry nor blurberry flavor pops. I thanked her for her help though 

Update, the nurse gave me a jaw bra and she found vanilla flavor ice cream a Lil later! I thanked her so much!
The ice cream tastes a bit sou, but good.

Though I nearly killed myself a couple of days ago by attempting self-castration, again. I'm feeling much better, thanks to y'all positive messages & family talk last night. Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November. I'm grateful that I'm still alive. Depression mixed with desperation is a true beast. It leads me to dangers ideas and actions. Greetings, Just to let y'all know. My DIY Gender Surgery: Surgical Supplies Unboxing Video I was going to perform self-surgery last night. The plan was to ultimately remove / kill my testicles. I've lost count of how many times I've attempted this. But, this time, I had the proper equipment. In my research, I've learned that many have bleed out or died.
