Appointment at SMA


Appointment at SMA today, we talked about stuff. I discussed sad stuff in my life and inappropriate stuff I had to do in order to make money. 

Also, she asked me how long I felt I was in the wrong body, so I explained to her that it was a long time, like when my mom knew that I wanted a unisex dress when I was born, and how I wore a dress when I was 3, and how I really got serious with wearing girl clothes when I was 12 and stuff.

The appointment was stressful yet helpful.
I'll get therapy soon, the call has been ordered.

Though I nearly killed myself a couple of days ago by attempting self-castration, again. I'm feeling much better, thanks to y'all positive messages & family talk last night. Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November. I'm grateful that I'm still alive. Depression mixed with desperation is a true beast. It leads me to dangers ideas and actions. Greetings, Just to let y'all know. My DIY Gender Surgery: Surgical Supplies Unboxing Video I was going to perform self-surgery last night. The plan was to ultimately remove / kill my testicles. I've lost count of how many times I've attempted this. But, this time, I had the proper equipment. In my research, I've learned that many have bleed out or died. Thanks to lots of research and learning about animal castration methods,  I aimed for an alternative amputation technique. I was going to band and stitch together the top area,  creating a seal and blocking off excess blood from flowing out of my body.
