Zero-Depth Vaginoplasty Actually Happening!

I had my post op orchiectomy appointment with Dr. Everret and Dr. Allison yesterday on the 3rd of February. It went really well.

Before that a very patient nurse helped me with my checkup such as weight-in and vitals. I was shocked that I was 121 LB, that's my fault I asked to be weighted, lol. When I got home, I thought about my weight again, and I was disappointed, but I smiled after thinking I'm thicc (: Anyway, my vitals ended up okay, and I thanked the nurse for her patience. I apparently kept the team waiting for a few minutes before I used the bathroom real quick, then the nurse called for me. It was irony that the nurse came for me like right when I left. My mom let me know that they were looking for me when I returned from the restroom. It is much like when I got my orchiectomy, the Dr came looking for me but I was in the restroom. It is ironic that this type of restroom stuff keeps happening to me, it makes me feel silly and mad guilty.

Anyway, back to the post-op surgery consulty.

I had my 3D-Printed Tifa BJD to keep me company while I awaited Dr Everret to talk with me.

I eventually heard talking outside the door, and I was like, "that's my man...".

Then, Dr Everret and Dr Allison entered the room and introduced themselves, I shocked Dr Everret's hand with my left hand. He had a face mask, coat and a blue, white, pink strip ribbon lanyard.

We discussed the next steps and stuff, and then I brought up the topic of electrolysis.

The dr informed me that Lazer hair removal is best suited for dark hair on light skin, so Lazer may not work for me, but electrolysis would be best for vaginoplasty hair removal for me.

He also informed me of the great medical transgender community in an area I frequent. And that was inspiring to know, it made me relieved that current political tensions still hasn't halted medical professions from treating the trans community, yet. 

I'm going to try to get all the surgery I can get before the US gets too crazy with the trans bans, like what the heck? I just want to look like a girl, is that too much to ask Mr President? 

Anyway, I then brought up the subject of zero-depth vaginoplasty / vulvoplasty, since I thought it'll be best for me.

The Dr thought that ZD Vaginoplasty would absolutely be a great fit for me, and we went back and forth with a plethora of answers and inquiries, bless his heart he answered everyone for me, here I listed them in summary;

He informed me of the benefits such as less complications, still having sensation, 

no vaginal canal collapsing, no life-time dilation routining, 

no need for electrolysis,  natural vaginal hair growth that looks cis, shorter healing and less hospital staying.

Those benefits were definitely confidence boosting for me, and I went ahead and agreed to send the orders for surgery.

The Dr also said that I'll be staying 2 nights in the hospital instead of the 5 nights that would be with full depth vaginoplasty. He also said that'll I'll have a catheter and be in mesh gauze underwear they call the "Iron Panties".

I also asked the Dr the debate about suddle depth with zero-depth, as I consulted with an assistant of another surgeon Dr Gallagher, and they told me that I'll have about 1-2 inches of depth with zero-depth vaginoplasty.

So then Dr Everret informed that the depth would ultimately depend on the size of the dimple. So, that was pretty simple and easy for me to understand.

The discussion went very well, and they left to send in the orders for me. I was like, "Thanks y'all!" (:

Shortly, the nurse returned with printouts of the surgery orders, and I couldn't stop saying "Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!" (:

I thanked the nurse, and I was on my way, yay!

I'm very much excited to finally have a proper girlyer anatomy that better reflects me.

I just need to ultimately wait for the call back from the surgery coordinator within week.
