Quest Diagnostics Blood Draw | Folx Health Labs
Quest Diagnostics Blood Draw | Folx Health Labs for Hormone Levels.

The appointment was super quick, and I was greeted and out in under 5 minutes.

My brother took me to my 2:00pm Quest Diagnostics appointment, I was so stoked for this day and I barely got any sleep, namely because of a Walmart pickup at 9am, I also went to sleep at around 3 am, woke up at around 6 am, didn't go back into bed until 11:51 am, then my workplace called me because I was late for work, even though I didn't see myself scheduled for today when I checked yesterday. Anyway, I finally go back to bed after I call back this other call from a shady tax reliefs scammer.
Anyway, I wake up at 1:20 thanks to my alarm, and I head to the bathroom, then my alarm goes off again and does -45 HP damage to my ears, so I get off that toilet quickly, wash my hands and shut that alarm off.
I go to get my brother, my brother asked if I was dressed, and I said yes, somewhat [or something like that].
Yeah, I needed something more princess oriented, so I went with the flower dress for my blood draw, again.
I thanked my brother for reminding me to get dressed, an we soon go into the car.
And then we reach Quest in no time.
I saw a green car pass by the parking lot of Quest, so then I knew that I was going to be okay.
Also.... The ID scanners were so awesome!
The Phlebotomy Doctor was so nice and cool!
She called my name while me and my brother were in the waiting room. I walked towards the entering door. And she kept the door open for me.
Room 6 was the room where the draw took place. There was a pretty comfortable chair as well, although I almost sat in the wrong chair (: I almost sat in the swivel chair.
She asked me which doctor would be seeing me, and I was like, good Question.
Then she asked if it was [name of the Folx DR.] and then I was like, oh yeah, yes!
I chose my left arm when prompted about which arm to use.
The needle didn't feel too bad actually, I enjoyed watching my flesh juice go up the tube.
Also, before the draw I signed my signature on a small tablet.
The appointment went ultra well, and I thanked my brother again for taking me.
I would have walked it or requested in-home treatment again, but he didn't mind driving me.
When we got home to the appointment lot, I was glad for my brother taking me, and gitty about posting about his kindness to me, that I accidentally threw my phone out of my hand and onto the pavement. My brother said oh noo! And I went to get my phone.
My S23 Ultra immediately shutdown after impact. It recovered though.
I didn't have food nor milk for over 12 hours in preparation of the blood draw. I even took my estradiol and spironolactone with only black mint tea.
My first food after the appointment was frozen Chips a hoy cookies and cold milk.
P.s. my brother asking for the location of Quest kind of reminded me of my dream a few days or so prior where I had tried to find my way to Sonny's BBQ via Google Maps, alas Google maps was not responding to my voice commands, most likely because my phone was taking audio from an ongoing recording.
Anyway, thank you all for reading!
Thank you so much to my older brother, family, friends, Quest D, and Folx H for everything! ♡
