Spironolactone overdose

Ooops, I've been taking 2 pills daily instead of 1 for the last few weeks 🙃 no wonder I'm almost out of spironolactone, no wonder my breasts are weird.

When I saw that there were only 3 spironolactones left, I was thinking of just taking 1 pill daily to conserve them till the next refill. 

Then I read the label again, and it clicked, I'm only supposed to take 1 spironolactone pill daily.

I guess not being on HRT for a while for my surgery recovery has made me forget the instructions...

Though I nearly killed myself a couple of days ago by attempting self-castration, again. I'm feeling much better, thanks to y'all positive messages & family talk last night. Thank you all to those who have helped me with my difficult feelings and thoughts of mutilation and death. It is true that we can't risk death on doing self-surgery. These gender surgeries can be done professionally. Last night, my family discussed with me getting actual gender surgery in January after my spine surgery in November. I'm grateful that I'm still alive. Depression mixed with desperation is a true beast. It leads me to dangers ideas and actions. Greetings, Just to let y'all know. My DIY Gender Surgery: Surgical Supplies Unboxing Video I was going to perform self-surgery last night. The plan was to ultimately remove / kill my testicles. I've lost count of how many times I've attempted this. But, this time, I had the proper equipment. In my research, I've learned that many have bleed out or died.
